Clearance: MUST CURRENTLY POSSESS AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE

SUMMARY:

Noetic is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Cyber Capabilities Developer to join our growing security team. In this senior-level role, you will play a key part in protecting our organization’s digital assets by assisting in the detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats and incidents. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of security principles and a strong interest in security operations, with hands-on experience or coursework involving Splunk and Sentinel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 8 years of Splunk/Cyber Threat experience.

• Bachelor’s in a computer science related field
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Sentinel experience strongly preferred
  
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possesses professional experience related to cyber intrusions and the analysis of technical data within cyber threat environments.
• Has applied knowledge related to forensic, network and malware analysis.
• Experience working in team environments for software development.
• Analyzes cyber threat data to include malicious software reverse engineering, network traffic analysis, memory forensics, disk forensics, etc.
• Perform static and dynamic analysis of known malicious and unknown binary files, reverse engineering of compiled software, functional analysis of source code/scripts, and/or hardware/firmware analysis.
• Has experience managing and developing for multiple environments

• GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification (GMON)
• GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
• GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA)
• GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
