The Role
Were looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across assigned client accounts.
This is a freelance, part-time role (up to 5 hours per week per account), designed for specialists who can work autonomously, think strategically, and maintain a high standard of delivery across multiple touchpoints.
You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, creatives, and strategists to ensure campaigns are performing, well-documented, and always client-ready.

Were looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across assigned client accounts.

You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, creatives, and strategists to ensure campaigns are performing, well-documented, and always client-ready.
Must-Have
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a performance-driven environment (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience owning accounts end-to-end, from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads; experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including funnels, attribution, testing frameworks, KPIs, and budget pacing.
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- High level of autonomy and accountability — comfortable working with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfortable working as a freelancer, managing time, scope, and priorities responsibly.
