This person has high expectations and will not sign off on a room unless it sparkles. Their primary role is train and coach their team on checking rooms and common areas by taking pride on a daily basis to meet the operational standards and ensure that the team and guests needs are met.

Requested Tasks
- Assign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met
- Support Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested. Creating assignments for Team Members
- Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Work with and train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately.
- Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure that they are properly stocked.
- Ensure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily assigned work to house porter.
- Communicate with the Front Office staff of any housekeeping delays or issues and make necessary changes to room status.
- Prior experience highly preferred
