Requested Tasks
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assign guest rooms
- Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards and matching identification upon arrival
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Respond to the guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain records and files
- Monitor expenses and costs, as needed
- Resolve guest complaints and issues
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Ensure hotel responsibilities
- Accurately completes daily checklist
- Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
- Additional duties and assignments as assigned
- Prior experience working in a hotel highly preferred
- Professional, approachable and friendly personality
- Knowledge of PMS Systems. (Oprea, Alice, Hotsos, etc.)
- Able to think quickly and adapt adeptly
- Organized and detailed
- Required to stand for long periods of time, able to walk, able to assist guests with baggage, packages, etc.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined
