Role Description The Architectural Revit Technician is a full-time hybrid role based in Chambersburg, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role focuses on producing accurate Revit models and detailed construction documentation under the guidance of project architects and designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing technical drawings, updating and coordinating building information models, and ensuring that documentation aligns with project standards, codes, and client requirements. The technician will collaborate with project teams to refine design details, integrate consultant information, and support the delivery of comprehensive drawing sets across various project types. Additional duties may include maintaining CAD/Revit standards, assisting with quality control reviews, and supporting the integration of sustainable and context-sensitive design elements into project documentation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Technology and a solid understanding of Architecture fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing and the preparation of Construction Drawings for permit and construction documents.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, with advanced expertise in Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related field is beneficial.
