Responsibilities

• Oversee social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
• Execute multichannel marketing campaigns that integrate digital, print, and e-commerce strategies.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for various marketing channels.
• Lead content marketing efforts by producing engaging copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and product management.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across all marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and analytics.
• Strong skills in SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and advertising sales.
• Familiarity with WordPress for website management and HTML for basic web editing tasks.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content for diverse audiences.
• Experience in budgeting and managing resources effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google AdWords for paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
