Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Employ graphic design skills to produce visually compelling presentations for client meetings.
- Prepare 3D models using software such as Revit to visualize project outcomes effectively.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development.
- Ensure all designs are buildable and align with the overall project vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required.
- Proficiency in CAD software is essential; experience with Revit is a plus.
- Strong graphic design skills, with experience in creating visually appealing presentations.
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and system design processes.
- Ability to produce detailed schematics that accurately represent design intent.
