About the Role
We’re seeking a Junior Sales Manager who is ready to grow in their sales career. In this role, you’ll support daily store operations, guide customers toward the products and services that best fit their needs, and assist in motivating the sales team in our retail locations. If you’re enthusiastic, people-oriented, and interested in developing into a leadership position, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing the right phones, plans, and accessories
- Provide leadership and encouragement to a small team of sales associates
- Stay informed about AT&T promotions, updates, and new product launches
- Maintain store appearance and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the onboarding, training, and development of new team members
- Work toward achieving sales targets—and celebrate team successes
