About the Role:

As a Licensed RN at Nodaway Nursing Home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assessing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

• Providing education and support to patients and their families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents with varying degrees of physical, emotional, and cognitive impairment

• Perform physical assessments, write notes, and communicate with healthcare team members

• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and implement individualized care plans

• Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation

• Support patient education and discharge planning

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and prioritize efficiency, safety, and quality
