Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and sanitary
- Handle cashing out customers accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities
- Support food handling procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations during all service activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required
- Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
