Now, as we expand our B2B footprint across the U.S., we’re looking for a driven Industrial Safety Account Manager who’s just as relentless. Someone who thrives under pressure, stays organized in chaos, and helps our sales wolfpack run faster and smarter.

You’re the right hand, the fixer, the one who keeps things moving when the inbox is full, the calls keep coming, and the opportunities are flying in fast.
You’re sharp, steady, and detail-obsessed — but you’ve also got hustle. You can juggle quotes, schedules, and CRM updates without breaking stride. You know what it takes to keep a sales machine running and what “follow-through” really means.
If you’ve ever supported a sales leader or worked in PPE, industrial safety, or distribution — even better. You speak the language of logistics, and you know how to make sure customers feel seen, supported, and ready to roll.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound B2B and industrial customer inquiries.
- Onboard new distributors, end users, and industrial accounts, ensuring a smooth start and clear communication.
- Track orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage and update CRM records for all active accounts, keeping data clean and insights actionable.
- Act as a liaison between U.S. customers and our Estonian HQ, coordinating on pricing, logistics, and product data.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across gloves, eyewear, and PPE categories.
- Support the VP of Sales with account updates, forecasts, and presentations.
You are the perfect Pact member if you have:
- 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales Support (bonus if it’s in safety, energy, or manufacturing).
- A background or strong interest in PPE, industrial safety, or distribution.
- Solid CRM skills (HubSpot, Copper, or similar).
- Excellent communication and follow-up habits — customers trust you to stay on top of every detail.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A proactive, detail-driven, and unshakable personality — you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
