NOCO Repair is seeking a skilled, motivated Home Remodeler to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality remodels across Northern Colorado. We’re a tight-knit crew that values integrity, craftsmanship, and clear communication.

Responsibilities
- Perform general home repairs and remodeling projects, including:
- Drywall, texturing, and trim
- Interior and exterior painting
- Plumbing and electrical
- Flooring, cabinet installs, and fixture replacements
- Full kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Tile installation
- Wall system installation like Onyx and Flexstone
- Use apps and communication tools to document jobs and stay on schedule
- Communicate professionally with clients and represent the NOCO Repair brand
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces
What We’re Looking For
- Broad, hands-on experience in handyman work and home renovation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator (we rely heavily on text)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and ChatGPT
- Tech-savvy—digital tools are part of our SOPs
- Own a complete tool set appropriate for remodeling
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company van may be assigned; take-home use is a privilege earned)
- Clean background
- Drug-free workplace.
- Proven maintenance experience
- Leadership ability to supervise teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-service experience is highly desirable
