Position: Outbound Call Representative
Location: Tonawanda, NY or Remote (local candidates only; required for in-person training and meetings)
Compensation: $18-$22/hr commission based on experience

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to businesses and property owners to introduce NOCO Energy’s energy and sustainability solutions
- Identify and engage decision-makers (facility managers, owners, CFOs, etc.)
- Qualify leads based on energy usage, contract timing, ownership structure, and interest level
- Pre-qualify prospects for electric supply, natural gas, and solar opportunities
- Accurately log all calls, notes, and outcomes in NOCO’s CRM
- Schedule qualified appointments or hand off warm leads to NOCO sales representatives
- Maintain consistent call volume and activity targets
- Follow up on previously contacted leads and nurture long-term opportunities
- Maintain professionalism and brand representation for NOCO Energy

What You Will Need
- Familiar working in a CRM (logging activity, tracking leads, managing pipelines)
- Experience with lead pre-qualification (budget, authority, timing, and need)
- Strong verbal communication and phone presence
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in energy, utilities, solar, or commercial services
- Prior cold calling, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience
