Bartender / Barista
Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Bartender/Barista to join our team. This unique role combines craft beverage service in a brewery and café environment, requiring a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
- Mix and serve cocktails according to recipes and quality standards.
- Pour and serve draft beer while maintaining proper presentation and freshness.
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, including sodas, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Educate guests on beer selections, coffee offerings, and menu items.
- Prepare and serve light food items.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Prepare fresh juices, house made syrups, and cocktail ingredients.
- Cut and prepare fresh garnishes for cocktails and beverages.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and service stations throughout shifts.
Guest Experience
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
- Accurately process orders and handle cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, café, kitchen prep areas, and dining spaces.
- Clean and maintain coffee equipment, draft systems, and bar tools.
- Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending, barista, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of beer, coffee, and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
