THE ROLE: Project Manager (A-Players Only)
We’re looking for a disciplined and organized project manager who can run multiple jobs, communicate like a professional, and keep projects on schedule without being micromanaged.

What You’ll Do (Daily Expectations)
- Run 5–10 residential remodel projects simultaneously
- Coordinate subs, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and scheduling
- Maintain clean, professional job sites at all times
- Provide daily client updates, site photos, and progress reports
- Track materials, budget, and work orders with precision
- Handle change orders, issues, and delays with composure and urgency
- Document job progress in CompanyCam, Houzz, Matterport, spreadsheets
- Represent NOCO Accents with professionalism and pride
- Work directly with leadership in a high-performance environment

Compensation Structure
This role is built for hungry, driven people who want to win.
* First 30 Days: Monthly guarantee
* Days 31–60: Guarantee commission (whichever is higher)
* After 60 Days: 15% of project gross net revenue, with built in steppingstones for higher %
Our PMs routinely earn $120,000–$200,000 depending on volume and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential remodeling or construction PM
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to walk job sites, lift 50 lbs, and handle daily field work
- Strong communication skills: text, email, call, updates
- High-level organization and time management
- Experience with apps/software (CompanyCam, Houzz Pro, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Professional appearance, professional conduct — no exceptions
- References that prove you’re a top performer
A-Day-in-the-Life Here Looks Like:
- Houzz schedule updates
- Call leads and create appointments
- Job site walk-throughs
- Client updates photos
- Punchlist management
- Vendor calls & delivery tracking
- End-of-day logs and communication cleanup
