As a Bartender, you will be a key part of creating an outstanding guest experience by delivering excellent service in a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of beverage preparation, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive while juggling multiple priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guest preferences and established company recipes.
- Provide warm, attentive service by greeting guests promptly, taking drink orders efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming bar atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and storage areas throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or supply needs to management.
- Ensure all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use.
- Accurately process cash and card transactions using the POS system.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Position Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes extreme weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
