Wear Test Coordinator

NOBULL is currently seeking a Footwear Wear Test Coordinator to manage the footwear wear test program. You will assist the development team in tracking wear test samples and gathering all feedback. Our ideal candidate is extremely reliable, detail-oriented, and has exceptional organizational skills. We are looking for someone who can be a team player and come to the table with a positive attitude and solutions-based approach.

In this hybrid position, you will work both remotely and spend time in the office on a weekly basis. This gives our employees the opportunity to collaborate and partner with their team members, as well as have the flexibility to work from where they would like.

• Track, photograph and label wear test prototypes from multiple regions.
• Collaborate with Footwear Design/ Development / Production teams on wear test intent by identifying wear tester, key activities, number of washes and timeframes for each item.
• Design wear test questionnaire based on project/style and end use intent.
• Secure complete feedback on pre-designated time frame with questionnaire for both internal and external wear testers.
• Lead all wear tester communications, follow up discussions and returns.
• Orchestrate different wear test programs for footwear, material testing, competitor testing and garment testing.
• Analyze feedback information, gather key points and present findings to Design/Development teams with images and return product specific examples.
• Formulate a seamless experience for wear testing to procure sample, communicate findings and return item with ease.
• Create and manage a short- and long-term wear testing programs and wear test community for a variety of uses.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Team-focused, but also able to work independently on a consistent basis
• Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, goal-oriented learner
• Strong affinity for creative problem solving
• Able to take on multiple assignments and prioritize workload
• A focus on organization and small details
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Wear test coordinator experience is a plus
