NOBU, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant, is seeking a full-time Host/Hostess/Reservationist for its Nobu Las Vegas location at the Virgin Hotel.
Our philosophy is to provide exceptional cuisine, hospitality and unforgettable dining experiences for our valued guests.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Welcome all guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
· Attend pre-shift meetings to update staff on guest arrivals, special requests, and VIPs.
· Oversee reservation platform (OpenTable) and take-out orders (via UberEats and DoorDash).
· Take and book reservations over the phone and in-person.
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand.
· Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
· All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· 1-2 years of fine dining and upscale restaurant experience preferred.
· Must be punctual, communicate effectively, and maintain composure while multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment.
· Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Must obtain and maintain required work cards.
