Overview: Manage breakfast and lunch operations of the restaurant.Breakfast will include in-room-dining, amenities and assisting with the execution of meetings and banqueting events.Lunch will include overseeing and supervising lunch service.Office administrative work.Ensure team is complying at all times with Nobu procedures and policies.Maintain the Nobu standards and ensure excellent service. Qualifications:Must have 1 years experience as a Breakfast/Lunch Manager in an upscale restaurant.Excellent people skills.Excellent communication skills.Patience and Integrity.Calm under pressure: must have the ability to problem solve, trouble shoot, effectively prioritize work and assignments, and accurately meet deadlines.Experience working in a hotel a plus.
