Core Responsibilities:
The successful Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the Midwestern Region of the US: leading sales with potential new clients and managing customer accounts with focus on the aerospace industry.
Territory includes: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota.
Activities and duties:
The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive:
- Identify new business prospects, by researching new prospective customers, identifying contacts, performing cold calls and email outreach, as well as visiting prospective clients at the customer facility and conducting sales calls to various aerospace manufacturing entities
- Develop strategic partnerships and promote company brand
- Conduct client sales presentations and demonstrations of capabilities
- Travel to meet clients, which may involve traveling roughly 25% - 50% of the time
- Continuously research new opportunities
- Identify and maintain relationships with executive and non-executive industry leaders
- Identify opportunities and linkages that advance NobleTek’s mission as well as assists in marketing its services
- Attend conferences/trade shows, as needed
- Works collaboratively with NobleTek directors and its outside consultants to coordinate and maximize the company’s industry presence
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated sales experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aerospace design or manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with design to manufacture workflow including digital design tools through manufacturing process tools
- Previous selling to aerospace market, OEMs and suppliers is strongly recommended
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Google Applications Suite
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills
- Ability to make good, sound decisions and must possess good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently to pace own work to meet necessary deadlines
- Ability to take clear and organized notes while efficiently managing multiple task throughout the day
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Resourceful and well organized
- Superior interpersonal skills. Able to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, assertive and persuasive
- Willingness to investigate unfamiliar concepts

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or a related technical field preferred
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel 25% - 50% (~ 2 weeks per month)
- Work is performed in a standard office environment.
- Ability to communicate on telephone and handle all calls in a professional and personable manner.
- Vision must be good enough to read keyboards, computer screen, reference books, reports and other written documents
- Ability to drive own or rental vehicle
