Core Responsibilities:
The successful Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating, managing and developing new business opportunity leads across the U.S., contacting potential new clients with focus on the aerospace industry. The successful Inside Sales Representative will transition these customer relationships to the appropriate regional sales manager at the proper time.
Territory includes: all U.S. and Canada
Activities and duties:
The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive:
· Identify new business prospects by researching new prospective customers, identifying contacts, performing cold calls and email outreach
· Develop strategic awareness through communication and promote NobleTek’s brand
· Conduct email marketing, cold calling, and other campaigns to increase customer interaction
· Continuously research new opportunities and news events impacting our industry and prospective customers
· Identify and maintain relationships with prospective customers until they become interested or have a need to engage on a specific project
· Attend conferences/trade shows as needed
Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of demonstrated sales experience
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales related role, preferably involved in aerospace design and manufacturing; familiarity with automotive industry is a plus
· Familiarity with design to manufacturing (DTM) workflow including digital design through manufacturing process tools is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
· Must have permanent U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications Suite required
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills: ability to establish credibility through communication
· Ability to work independently to pace own work to meet necessary deadlines with minimum supervision
· Ability to take clear and organized notes while efficiently managing multiple tasks throughout the day
· Candidate is expected to bring a positive attitude, be resourceful and well organized
· Superior interpersonal skills: able to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
· Work is performed in a hybrid environment with home office required
· Ability to communicate on telephone in a quiet, professional setting, enabling focus
· Ability to drive personal or rental vehicle (current driver license)
· Internet connectivity and cell phone required
