- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and other common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies in designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to housekeeping schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to handle floor care tasks, such as carpet cleaning or floor waxing
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Knowledge of custodial procedures and practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
