Job Role: Workday Adaptive Planning – Consultant (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS) Location: Fremont, CARole Summary:Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant responsible for solutioning, configuration, validation, and business stakeholder alignment across specific planning areas (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS).Key Responsibilities:Configure Adaptive Planning models for assigned planning areasConduct requirement workshops, support discovery-to-deployment lifecycleManage hierarchies, dimensions, versions, account structuresValidate data loads and source mapping (Azure, BPC/Excel)Support sandbox testing, UAT, and business signoffsEnsure proper versioning, cloning, and phase-aligned planning activitiesMust Have Skills:.3 years in Workday Adaptive Planning (specific area: Opex / Revenue / COGS / Workforce)Prior experience with L3 model configurationsExperience in at least 1 end-to-end implementationProficiency with Adaptive modeling, matrix reports, OfficeConnect
