Supports team rules Agile Team rules are lightweight Scrum Master is responsible for reinforcing.
Assists PO preparing and refining backlog for PI and Iteration Planning
Works with RTETDM to ensure train meets overall PI Objectives Planning
Coordinates with Scrum Masters System Team and Shared Services in the ART PI Planning events
Works with the teams throughout each Iteration and PI
Participates in the scrum of scrums
Builds a highperforming team
Facilitates teams progress toward goals The Scrum Master is team facilitator and continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality predictability flow and velocity. Help team focus on creating increments of value each iteration.
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problemsolving techniques and helps the team become better problemsolvers for themselves.
Fosters normalized estimating within the team
Removes impediments to the teams progress
Ensure team is following best practice like DOD Feedback completion within Sprint timeline
Revisit the team Quality Metrix Mid and Sprint end
Helps team understand and operate within its capacity
Helps teams operate under architectural and portfolio governance system integration and System Demos
