What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Noblesoft Technologies?
Minimum Experience : 6 years
Location : San Antonio (4 days work from office)
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Agile Practices : Organize and lead Scrum events such as daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinate RPA Projects : Ensure that Automation Anywhere projects are aligned with Agile methodologies and deliver value efficiently
- Remove Impediments : Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the progress of RPA teams
- Coach and Mentor : Guide team members in Agile practices and help them understand the nuances of Automation Anywhere
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the RPA team and stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication
- Monitor Progress : Track the progress of Automation Anywhere projects using Agile tools and metrics ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Skills :
Note Experience in banking processes on Collection and SCRA preferred.
Banking experience in serving military members desirable.
