Job Title: Application Security Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ (Day-1-Onsite)

Job Description

Skills Required

Hands-on Experience With

  • SAST, DAST, SCA tools (AppScan, Fortify, Checkmarx, Burp, Snyk)
  • VM tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7)
  • Familiarity with: ASPM/Aggregation tools (Vulcan, Brinqa, ArmorCode)
  • Ability to interpret tool outputs and reduce false positives / duplicates

Activities to be performed

  • Analyze scan results (SAST/DAST/SCA)
  • Classify vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, and business impact
  • Coordinate with Dev, DevOps, and Infra teams for vulnerability fixes
  • Assign and track remediation tickets across tools (JIRA/ServiceNow)
