- 8 years of experience in a Network Operations
- Must have good on-ground hands-on experience of the hardware, cabling (copper, fiber), understanding of the patch panel and physical connectivity as hand and eye support would be the key role.
- Excellent knowledge on routers, catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco WLC is must
- Good knowledge on switching including DC environment.
- Knowledge in SDWAN (Aruba silver peak) & SDWAN Meraki
- Basic understanding of Zscaler.
- Knowledge of high availability protocols and design, on both Layer 2 and Layer 3
- Good understanding of Cisco Meraki Wireless
- Good understanding of SNMP protocol
- Working experience of routing protocols (implementation and troubleshooting)
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, potentially covering extended working hours
- Working experience in incident management processes and prioritization
- Networking certifications one or more of the following CCNP or similar lever other certifications.
- Desire to learn new technologies and develop advanced networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
