Proven track record of enabling enterprise AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Claude) at scale, leveraging Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, and automation with PowerShell/Python
Required Skills
- 8 years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint management
- Strong interest and working knowledge of enterprise AI tools and endpoint requirements
- Deep expertise in app packaging and deployment using SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and macOS/Windows formats
- Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, and modern device management experience
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python automation
- Solid Windows 10/11, macOS, AD, Group Policy, and endpoint security knowledge
- Experience creating deployment metrics, dashboards, and operational documentation
- Strong troubleshooting, process design, and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with Jamf Pro, Ubantu, Munki, and macOS enterprise management platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, LLM-based tools, or AI development environments at the desktop level
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified Tech/Admin, or ITIL Foundation
