Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate IT Program Manager with a strong background in construction, facilities, and networking environments. This role is responsible for driving IT initiatives aligned with real estate projects across multiple regions and business units.
The ideal candidate will have strong program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration experience, and the ability to manage complex IT programs involving infrastructure, networking, and enterprise tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience
- 5 years of program/project management experience across complex environments
- Experience supporting Real Estate or Facilities projects with IT deliverables
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking
- Firewalls & Security
- Site Support / Infrastructure setup
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- MS Project
- O365 Suite
- Visio
- Excel / PowerPoint
- Smartsheet
- Jira
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GIS systems supporting Real Estate projects
- PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working with enterprise IT service environments (e.g., ServiceNow, monitoring tools).
