Duties
- Support clients in engaging with their communities through social activities and outings.

- Assist with medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist individuals with vocational task in the work setting.
- Accompanying individuals to be actively engaged in their community.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.

Skills
Candidates should possess a combination of required and preferred skills that contribute to effective caregiving:
- First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working in group homes or assisted living settings is beneficial.
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring vital signs.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, and memory care practices.
- Experience in home health or hospice care environments is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility challenges.
- Skills in cooking and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs are essential.
