We provide top tier customer service to all customers as an Entry Level AT&T Team Lead. Our goal is to ultimately support our partners through disciplined execution and focus on maintaining relationships with these partners for further expansion.
What We’re looking for in an Entry Level AT&T Team Lead:
- We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a face-to-face environment with consumers.
- Promote AT&T products and services in retail environments while creating positive customer experiences and building strong customer relationships.
- Manage time and responsibilities professionally.
- Self-motivated while working with and without superiors present.
- A general understanding of operations while working with AT&T products.
- Learn systems for sales strategies as an Entry Level AT&T Team Lead.
- Engage directly with customers in retail locations, educate them on AT&T products and services, and support the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment.
Skills and Qualifications of an Entry Level AT&T Team Lead:
- Experience working with consumers and teammates is recommended but not required.
- An Entry Level AT&T Team Lead should have a student mentality while in the entry-level aspect of being a team lead.
- Have exceptional analytical skills when looking at sales results and creating solutions to troubleshooting problems.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding AT&T products, services, promotions, and available solutions in retail locations.
- Problem-solving skills in all aspects of the role.
- Understand procedures and standard operations when trained in areas.
- An Entry Level AT&T Team Lead takes initiative and works with teammates to perform when needed.
