Responsibilities of the AT&T Retail Sales Associate:
- Work directly with customers inside retail locations throughout the Portland, OR area to promote AT&T wireless products and services
- Create positive first impressions and build strong customer relationships through face-to-face conversations
- Explain AT&T wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options in a clear and professional manner
- Help customers compare products and services based on their individual needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment and completion
- Answer customer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and provide a positive customer experience during every interaction
- Maintain knowledge of current AT&T promotions, wireless technology, and product updates
- Track daily interactions and sales activity while working alongside other AT&T Retail Sales Associate team members to meet performance goals
- Represent Noblecrest Marketing and AT&T professionally in all retail environments
