Essential Responsibilities
Dishwashing & Kitchen Cleaning
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
Ensure clean dishes and equipment are properly stored.
Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, sinks, drains, and work areas.
Refill cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Bussing & Dining Area Support
Clear and clean customer tables promptly.
Reset tables and dining areas for incoming customers.
Help maintain cleanliness of customer seating areas, beverage stations, and service counters.
Assist team members in maintaining a positive customer experience.
Trash & General Cleaning
Empty trash and recycling from kitchen, dining, restroom, and employee areas.
Replace trash liners and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
Help keep exterior areas around the building clean and presentable.
Support general cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to lift and carry trash bags, dish racks, and supplies.
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
Fast-paced restaurant environment.
Frequent exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, heat, and kitchen equipment.
Requires standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.
