Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Café Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and pastries.
- Operate a cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and cleanliness.
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
