What are the responsibilities and job description for the IFS Trainer position at Noble Services Company LLC?
The IFS Trainer will assist with the implementation of the OneIFS project by providing training to offshore colleagues. The role will assist with implementing the IFS10 ERP system to the legacy Noble business offshore units and will work closely with end-users to train and help prepare for the upcoming changes. The role is limited to the end of the project, March 2024, and provides a combined work location – remote, offshore, Noble offices, and training venues worldwide. The Trainer will share feedback on the training set-up and continue to evaluate the training needs company-wide. QUALIFICATIONS 3 years relevant experience in the energy industry using IFS or SAP offshore. Self-driven, ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of technical knowledge and capability, and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people – from corporate leadership, division managers, field employees, and customers. Strong presentation, facilitation, and motivational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other appropriate software. Must be flexible to travel for extended periods of time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide online training and face-to-face training to offshore end-users during and after go-live. Know and train the ins and outs of IFS10 within offshore-related modules and processes and understand how it connects with the overall business process. Assist to improve and update training materials as required. Evaluate and improve our training efforts and impact. Provide support to offshore users (answer non-technical questions) and provide upskilling support where necessary.
