Summary
Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visibly deterrent presence and help ensure safety for customers and staff in a retail environment.
Active unarmed security guard license holders are preferred.
Schedule:
Multiple schedules are available and can be discussed at time of interview.
Responsibilities
- Provide a visible presence to ensure safety.
- Manage conflict situations with effective conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
- Unarmed security licenses are a plus!
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great customer service and verbal deescalation skills
- Must possess a working smart phone and have the ability to use smart apps.
Starting wage is $23 - $25 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly, via direct deposit.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
