Overview
Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visibly deterrent presence for clients in a retail environment.
Active unarmed Security Guard Licenses issued by the Washington State Department of Licensing are an absolute requirement for this role.

Qualifications
- Unarmed security licenses are a non-negotiable requirement!
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Great customer service and verbal deescalation skills
- Must possess a working smart phone and have the ability to use smart apps.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Provide a visible presence to ensure safety.
- Manage conflict situations with effective conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.
