Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Concierge / Security Officer in Seattle, Washington! This energetic role combines the vital responsibilities of safeguarding our client's premises with providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our security team, you will ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property while delivering a welcoming experience!
Schedule is Fridays and Saturdays 6 pm to 6 am.
Pay is biweekly and will be by direct deposit.
Candidates with active and valid Wasington State Security Guard licenses will be given first priority for an interview!
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points using CCTV surveillance systems and manual checks to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing skills in conflict management and coordinate with property manager and/or local emergency services to appropriately address emergency situations.
- Perform regular patrols around the property, to ensure safety and deter trespassing and other unwanted activity.
- Assist with general concierge duties, providing excellent customer service while maintaining security protocols at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including the use of Microsoft Office and Google Drive utilities is highly desirable for this role!
- Proven ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and perform background checks.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques and physical security strategies.
