We are hiring an experienced, highly skilled Journeyman Plumber for immediate work on complex residential and light commercial projects throughout Northern Westchester and Putnam County. This role requires extensive expertise, involving everything from planning and executing new home construction and full-scale renovations to diagnosing and resolving high-level service and repair issues.What You'll Be Doing:New Construction & Renovation: Planning, layout, and installation of all plumbing, drainage, vent, and gas systems (rough-in and finish) for custom new homes and large-scale remodeling projects - experience with Con Edison gas meters is a huge plus.Service & Repair: Expertly diagnosing and repairing complex issues, leak detection, water heater/boiler repair, installing Navien type boilers, and fixture replacement in homes and small businesses.Code Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all work strictly follows Plumbing License Law and all New York State codes. Must maintain the highest standards of workmanship.Logistics: Reporting to the shop daily to retrieve and secure a company service van before heading to job sites.Leadership: Working closely with the Master Plumber, coordinating with other trades, and providing guidance to apprentice plumbers.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 10 years of verifiable, full-time professional plumbing experience with significant emphasis on high-end construction and technical service work.Driving: Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record for safe operation of the company vehicle.Skills: Proficient in reading complex blueprints, advanced knowledge of system design, and expertise in working with all modern and traditional piping materials (Copper, PEX, PVC, Cast Iron, etc.).Compensation & Benefits:Pay: Highly competitive pay, commensurate with extensive experience and certification.Benefits: [Insert specific benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k), etc.]
