Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep track of inventory for nail care products.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products.
- Offer consultations on nail care routines and recommend suitable products for clients.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Skills
- Proficient in various nail care techniques including acrylics, gels, and nail art.
- Experience in body waxing and hair styling is a plus.
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional services and retail products effectively.
- Knowledge of dermabrasion techniques is beneficial.
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is an advantage.
- Retail math skills to manage product inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
