Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional food and beverage service in the pool area in accordance with established service standards
- Deliver in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service procedures
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and hotel offerings
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests or service issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure efficient service operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to guest service excellence
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including standing and walking for extended periods
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
