Front Desk Agent with Experience

Front Desk Agents have the opportunity to provide memorable guest experiences throughout their day. As the first and last person a guest sees you have the opportunity to set the tone for the guest experience and the opportunity to correct any issues upon departure. Positioned in the lobby of the resort the Front Desk is a hub for guests to receive information and ask questions about the property and the local area attractions. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to take ownership of guests from all backgrounds to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

Requirements:
- Must have 1 to 2 years of front desk operations experience preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and oral.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- The ability to work on multiple computer systems and enter information accurately.
