Cuvée Bistro at The Chatham Inn is evolving into a relaxed, approachable coastal bistro with Mediterranean and French influences. We are moving away from a traditional fine-dining model toward something more vibrant, welcoming, and community-driven — while maintaining the polish and standards expected of a Relais & Châteaux and Forbes-recognized property.
Hiring Bonus Available: $500 paid out in three (3) installments - $250 at 30 days of employment; $150 at 60 days of employment; and $150 at 90 days of employment. Please note: This hiring bonus is subject to all withholdings and deductions as required by law.

This position works closely with the bartenders to ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and ready for service at all times. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Bar Support
- Assist bartenders with daily service needs
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully set before, during, and after service
- Support timely execution of beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar top and service areas
- Remove used glassware and assist with resets
- Complete all opening and closing side work
- Prep garnishes, juices, and bar ingredients
- Break down and clean bar areas at the end of service
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to bartenders or leadership
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Support Noble House and Forbes service standards through consistency and attention to detail
Requirements
Who You Are
- Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
