💼 What You'll Do
As a Residential Counselor, you'll be the heart of our recovery mission:

Complete intakes, psychosocial assessments, and level-of-care recommendations

Build individualized treatment plans centered on client goals and readiness

Provide one-on-one and group counseling using evidence-based practices like CBT, MI, Trauma-Focused CBT, and more
-
Guide clients through their recovery journey with empathy, structure, and unwavering support
-
Handle discharge planning and follow-ups
-
Support fee collection, documentation, and shift coordination
🔧 What You Bring

Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models (MI, CBT, CRAFT)

Calm and collected in crisis situations

Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal

Tech-savvy: Outlook, Word, and electronic health record systems

Culturally sensitive and committed to equity

Flexible to cover shifts with a month's notice
🎓 Your Credentials

CASAC with 1 year of experience

OR CASAC-T with 2-3 years experience

Must be computer proficient and able to work a flexible schedule
