Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing, PR & Product Development Specialist with a proven track record in professional services. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly networked professional who can immediately elevate our brand visibility, guide product development and pricing strategy, and create opportunities for engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies tailored to Noble Hearts' target audiences.

Lead the development and refinement of service offerings (programs, packages, and products) to ensure they align with market needs.

Conduct competitive research and market analysis to shape pricing strategies for new and existing offerings.

Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to catapult awareness of the brand and its services.

Drive media coverage, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership opportunities.

Manage and grow digital presence (website, LinkedIn, social media) with compelling, on-brand content.

Coordinate events, webinars, and speaking engagements to enhance visibility and reputation.

Track marketing, PR, and product performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
Qualifications

Collectively 5 years of marketing, PR, and service development experience in professional services (consulting, HR, staffing, or related industries preferred)

Proven experience developing and pricing service offerings or products to meet market demand.

Established network of media, industry, and influencer relationships with a demonstrable record of leveraging them to drive awareness

Strong writing and storytelling skills for press releases, op-eds, social media, and promotional campaigns

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.)
