Location: On-site — Canonsburg, PA (Southpointe Business Complex)Travel as required by role (10-25%)Reports to: Director of Systems & AdministrationCompany: Noble EnvironmentalAbout the RoleNoble Environmental is seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to support day-to-day technology operations and long-term infrastructure initiatives across multiple business locations. This role balances hands-on technical support with system administration, endpoint management, and network oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Support & Device ManagementManage and resolve IT support tickets within the ticketing system.Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and monitors.Install and update required software, ensuring all security tools are active.Provide on-site and remote technical support, including printer configuration and peripheral setup.Maintain and update hardware inventory and asset documentation.Systems AdministrationCreate and manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, RDP, Adobe, and TRUX platforms.Assign appropriate role-based permissions and group access in Entra and related systems.Configure and test multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure secure login functionality.Perform user termination procedures, removing access and reclaiming assets per policy.Provide new-hire onboarding credentials and system access instructions.RMM / MDM & Endpoint OversightInstall, configure, and maintain devices within the company’s RMM and MDM platforms (NinjaOne, Intune, Jamf, etc).Monitor device health, patching, and performance alerts, ensuring compliance and uptime.Oversee endpoint protection tools (SentinelOne) for alerts, threats, and remediation actions.Network & Infrastructure SupportAssist with network configuration and troubleshooting across multiple sites.Support wired and wireless infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points.Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi and Cisco/Meraki systems is a strong plus.Security & ComplianceImplement and enforce cybersecurity best practices aligned with CISA/NIST standards.Participate in security audits, system hardening, and patch management.Maintain proper documentation for all IT assets, configurations, and change control.And all other duties as assigned.-----------------------------------------Preferred Skills & Experience3–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience (multi-site environment preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Entra administrationHands-on experience with RMM/MDM tools (NinjaOne, Intune, and Jamf)Familiarity with endpoint security (SentinelOne or similar)Knowledge of network configuration (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, Ubiquiti/Unifi, Cisco/Meraki)Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsExperience developing documentationExcellent communicatorAbility to work in a fast paced environmentCertifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft 365 are a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)Professional development and certification assistanceExposure to enterprise-grade tools and security platformsA collaborative, growth-oriented environment where IT drives business success-----------------------------------------Equal Employment Opportunity StatementNoble Environmental is an equal opportunity employer.
