Canine Specialist & Grounds Maintenance Technician at Noble Dog Lodge

Noble Dog Lodge is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and dog-loving individual to join our team as a Canine Specialist & Grounds Maintenance Technician. This unique position combines hands-on canine care with property and grounds maintenance to help ensure our guests receive exceptional care in a safe, clean, and beautiful environment.

Responsibilities

Canine Specialist Duties

• Supervise and interact with dogs in daycare and boarding environments
• Monitor dog behavior and maintain safe group play
• Provide enrichment activities and positive interactions throughout the day
• Clean and sanitize suites, play yards, and common areas
• Assist with feeding and daily care routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all canine guests
• Communicate guest observations and concerns to management

Grounds & Facility Maintenance

• Mow, weed-eat, edge, and maintain outdoor areas
• Keep the property clean, safe, and guest-ready
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with landscaping, pressure washing, painting, and property improvement projects
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs
• Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the Lodge

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience with lawn care equipment and basic maintenance tools preferred
• Experience working with dogs preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Passion for providing exceptional care to dogs
