Front Desk - Hygiene Coordinator
We are a growing general dental practice located in Keene who is looking to fill an important role as Hygiene Coordinator. We are looking for a highly motivated, caring individual to help in scheduling and care for dental patients. This is a full time position with a full benefits package.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure the dental front desk is covered at all times
· Checking in and out patients
· Answer phone calls, scheduling & confirming appointments
· Insurance verification and payment collection
· Treatment planning with financial options
· Additional responsibilities as directed by the Dentist and/or Office Manager
Skills:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask
· Familiarity with dental software. We use Dentrix and Dexis
· Knowledge of dental insurance
Experience:
· 1-4 years
Qualifications:
· High school degree or equivalent
· 1 years of recent experience working in the dental field
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
