What You'll Do

- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for workstations, mobile devices, printers, remote access, collaboration tools, conferencing, and business applications.
- Work with county employees, departments, vendors, and the CIO/CTO to prioritize requests, communicate progress, and resolve issues effectively.
- Support technology practices related to applicable security, privacy, records retention, and compliance requirements, including CJIS, HIPAA, and APRA.

- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux administration, virtualization, backup and recovery, networking, endpoint support, and cloud or hybrid services.
- Experience providing professional, customer-focused technical support and documenting service requests and resolutions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with technical colleagues, end users, department leaders, and vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
