Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a traveling Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control, implementing construction safety measures, and managing site control budgets. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a project lead or superintendent role
- Supervisory Skills, Commercial Construction, and Quality Control
- Ownership mindset
- Experience in implementing construction safety measures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses
- Procore Experience
- Project Scheduling
- Ground-up/TI Retail, Restaurant, Fitness, or Financial institution experience
- Ability to drive schedule through field level buy-in
Expectations
- Responsible for jobsite safety. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for safety deficiencies.
- Complete Daily project logs
- Assist team with weekly owner meeting content and updates
- Create RFI’s and send out to project team
- Hold onsite weekly subcontractor meetings
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules and deliverables
- Ensure sub-contractors are meeting project timelines and schedules
- Manage budgets for all onsite logistics, equipment, and rentals
- Ensure project stakeholders are regularly updated and kept up to date on all project activities.
